12 12 12: Apple TV Releases Trailer for Heist Series

Apple TV has released the first trailer for 12 12 12, an original heist series starring Anthony Mackie (Twisted Metal) and Jamie Dornan (A Haunting in Venice). The eight-episode series premieres on November 13, 2026, with its first two episodes debuting on the same day.

The trailer highlights the cat-and-mouse dynamic between the two leads and introduces the central premise: a heist targeting a bank vault located deep beneath Zurich, Switzerland. The series’ concept is summed up by the tagline accompanying the announcement: 12 months to plan the heist, 12 hours to pull it off, and 12 days to escape.

The series follows an FBI agent who has fallen from grace, played by Anthony Mackie, and an American career criminal portrayed by Jamie Dornan. The two become embroiled in an intense game of cat and mouse that unfolds across Europe.

The title directly reflects the show’s narrative structure. Each episode features three timelines connected to the same crime:

• 12 months: the time spent planning the heist;
• 12 hours: the window in which to carry out the robbery;
• 12 days: the aftermath of the crime, as the FBI attempts to track down those responsible.

The cast of 12 12 12, an Apple TV original series, is led by Anthony Mackie and Jamie Dornan, who play the central characters in the heist story. The ensemble also includes Jack Kesy (Hellboy: The Crooked Man), Agathe Rousselle (Titane), Sallie Harmsen (Blade Runner 2049), José Garcia (Now You See Me) and Kali Reis (True Detective). Featuring an international cast, the suspense series follows an FBI agent and a professional criminal as they engage in a dangerous game of cat and mouse across Europe.
