Netflix has unveiled the trailer for Vicentina Pede Desculpas, a new drama film directed by Gabriel Martins (Marte Um) and starring Rejane Faria (A Melhor Mãe do Mundo). Watch the trailer below.
On a sunny morning in Belo Horizonte, a bus is involved in a serious accident, leaving dozens of people dead or injured. After footage of the incident is analyzed, speculation emerges that the driver, Wesley, may have deliberately taken his own life. Vicentina (Rejane Faria), Wesley’s mother, decides to seek out the victims’ families to apologize. However, as her journey unfolds, she realizes that she may never find all the answers she is looking for.
The cast also includes Karine Teles, Maíra Azevedo, Giovanna Heliodora, Thalma de Freitas, and Renato Novaes.
